Refund policy

From time to time we do experience both defects and damaged items. This is kept to a minimum due to our QC process.If you do however receive an item that has been damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We recommend that our large furniture products are assembled by professional trade services. If you come across any defects or damages while assembling the product, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  To help us understand the issue better, please forward pictures /videos of the defect together with pictures of the packaging including codes. This needs to happen immediately within 24 hours of collection. Our team will ask for further details and try to provide solutions that require your immediate attention. Often, we can solve problems quickly when we have a better understanding of what is wrong.

If we are unable to resolve your problem, please return the item to our warehouse in its original packaging for a full inspection. Make sure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, and do not throw away any packaging. We will not be able to provide a full refund if there are any signs of transit damage or misuse. 

Our first option will be to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund. Please note that refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid.

If you receive an incorrect item upon delivery, please report it to our team as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue quickly.
